Recipe Testing Pics- Color me Vegan

I had mentioned that I was picked as a recipe tester for Color Me Vegan, Colleen Patrick- Goudreau's new cook book which comes out in 2010. I thought I would post some pictures of a couple of the recipes I have had the opportunity to make. So there are no recipes with these pics.
